Holiday and severe weather scheduling
Due to the landfill being closed on the following holidays, service will be delayed one day following the holiday, unless the holiday falls on a weekend. Any collection days before the holiday will be on regular schedule. Only the collection days on or following the holiday will be delayed one day.
Below are the holidays we observe:
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Years Day
Inclement weather (rain, snow and ice) can cause difficulties for our drivers and unfortunate delays in service. If your container is not emptied on your regular service day, please leave it out for service the next day. If you feel like you have been missed, please contact our office at 402-346-7800.
