2026 Satisfaction Survey

In 2018, the City of Bellevue was the first community in the area to implement a cart-based solid waste disposal program. The program was designed to extend the useful life of our landfill and stabilize long-term pricing by encouraging recycling. The numbers tell us the program has succeeded in diverting more waste from the landfill to the recycling center; however, the most important measure of success is that residents are happy with their service.
